About Me
My name is Michael Wilkinson
I joined the Royal Air Force as an apprentice photographer way back in the last century and during my service had a great time playing rugby, shooting, racing motorcycles, flying, oh yes, did I mention work.
I started Infocus Photography in 1979 after leaving the RAF.
I've been fortunate in being a photographer, a job I love, all my working life.
The migration to digital imaging started gradually in the late 80s and by 2000 I was shooting entirely digitally.
Keeping pace with the technological revolution has been a rollercoaster ride with cameras and computers now being replaced every couple of years.
My main interests are competition target shooting, motorcycling, rugby and hill walking.
I live with my partner Christine in Llanfair Caereinion.
